In April 2016, the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (OSB) will be changing the name of Trustees in Bankruptcy to Licensed Insolvency Trustees or LITs This change is simply to update the name of trustees to match their function – they’re more than just bankruptcy trustees, they are also the only licensed officials to help you file for a consumer proposal. Our trustees will still provide the same service they do now, just under a different name.

CANADIAN REACH. LOCAL TOUCH.

In April, be on the lookout for the name change from Trustees in Bankruptcy to Licensed Insolvency Trustee, but rest assured that the bankruptcy help for consumers and companies, and the help with consumer proposal filing will remain the same.
